Die StarMoney Community

My wife has a StarMoney Flat subscription. I can see it in her iCloud subscription settings and I get payment receipts each money. (The email address of the Apple ID is different from the email address of the StarMoney account, and both are my wife's not mine, even though it is paid through my account.)

I have not been able to find a StarMoney Flat-Kennung anywhere, and therefore can only use the software on one machine. I really need this to work but everything seems broken...

Where should this Flat-Kennung be?

Possibly the cause of all this is that I am doing it half in German and half in English. I think the translations on one part of the StarMoney website are different from on another, which makes it very tricky to understand.
